Rainer has extensive experience with process engineering, plant design and project delivery and was previously Engineering Manager for the Roberts & Schaefer (KBR subsidiary) Mining Division.

Peter is a partner with DMAW Lawyers.  He is experienced advising companies in relation to compliance with the Corporations Act, the acquisition and disposal of assets and the resolution of disputes.  He has also acted in IPO’s, placements, rights issues, capital reductions and reconstructions, share plans, option issues and all aspects of corporate law.

Steve is the Operations Manager and is responsible for project management for the GTLE Plant.  He has significant operational and coal handling experience with North Dakota lignites following his 29 year employment with BNI Coal Ltd at the Center mine where he was Operations Manager for 13 years.

Claude Corkadel III VP - Business Development - Appointed October 2011

Claude has been involved with the Alternative Energy sector since his years at Mobil Oil, with a primary focus on gasification/syngas front-end technologies and petrochemical downstream marketing. He worked from 1972 to 2000 for Mobil Oil Corporation in various management positions. These included President and Country Manager of Mobil Philippines, Planning Manager for Mobil Nigeria, Strategic Planning Manager for the Alternative Energy Division (including coal, uranium, oil shale and synthetic fuels projects), and Global Director for Mobil's special products business. Since 2000, he has continued to focus on alternative energy projects while working with Rentech, Ion Engineering, Emberclear, and IGP Energy.
